2. About Providence Kingdom

Providence Kingdom is a faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of ministry and community across Africa. We operate projects in building maintenance, technology support, outreach, and leadership development to empower churches and Christian organizations.

3.1 Permitted Use

4. Donations

4.1 General

All donations to Providence Kingdom are voluntary and support our mission to strengthen ministries across Africa. Donations may be designated for specific projects or made as general contributions.

4.2 Tax Deductibility

Providence Kingdom is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

4.3 Use of Funds

While we make every effort to honor donor designations, Providence Kingdom reserves the right to redirect funds to similar projects or general operations if a designated project is completed, cancelled, or overfunded.

4.4 No Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. All donation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Scholarship Applications

Scholarship applications submitted through our Site are subject to review and approval by Providence Kingdom and our partner organizations. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or funding. All scholarship decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Providence Kingdom.

6. Technology Services

Churches and Christian organizations may apply for funded technology services through our Christian Tech Projects program. Acceptance into the program is subject to eligibility criteria, available funding, and project capacity. Providence Kingdom reserves the right to accept or decline any technology service request at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Providence Kingdom or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7.2 Trademarks

“Providence Kingdom” and our logo are trademarks of Providence Kingdom. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7.3 User Submissions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have donated to Providence Kingdom in the twelve months preceding the claim.
